Hi I hope you can help, my Grandfather George Crawford sailed on HMS Superb as a signalman from 31 October 1945 until 18 November 1946. I know from photographs we have that within that time HMS Superb was in Malta and Venice but we would like to know where else Superb sailed whilst he was on board I am sure he mentioned Dubrovnik, Croatia at some point which I am sure could have been possible given that they sailed to Venice. I have a few photographs I would be happy to scan and e mail you from this period if you are interested. I look forward to hearing from you.

Have some photos on board during 'trip' to Madeira and Gib in 1949 if of interest. Have some recollection of names in EM mess at that time

Hi , My great grandfather was a first class stoker on HMS Superb in 1913, 1914, as listed on his marriage and my nan's birth certificates. I am wondering whether any photos are in existence of this ship and maybe even the crew during this period? I am also at a loss as to trying to find his " Navy number " . Any help would be gratefully appreciated ! keep up the good work ..

My Dad John James McCormick was a stoker on HMS superb I know there was more than one superb so I am not sure what one he served on, does anyone know him he passed away back in 1982 and I am doing some research on his Royal Navy service.
