This book contains many stories of navy life both on board & ashore  by some of the crew of HMS Superb between 1946 and 1957.  It contains 265 pages of memories recalled by both ratings and officers it is available from Amazon and costs £8. First published February,2024.

Different from the previous book this one deals with the cruises made between 1945 and 1957.

If you served in the ship during these time you might already have read the exploits of your particular trip but this book although reproducing those end of cruise booklets also contains comments and the stories  on several of the other cruises before or after your time on board. 

For those that were on board during those years it is a chance to revisit past times and also to read about other shipmates on other cruises. A listing of the ports of call made by the British Royal Navy cruiser HMS Superb between 1946 and 1957 when she made several cruises to ports in the Mediterranean, Scandinavia, the Americas including the Caribbean and the African continent.
